Bronson joined Keystone Advanced Solutions as a Partner in early 2020

He has spent his entire career working in accounting and finance roles at both privately owned and public companies, having most recently founded BFM Solutions in 2018, a financial consulting & outsourcing firm providing services to small businesses. Prior to BFM Solutions, he held VP-Finance/CFO and Controller roles at an automobile software-as-a-service company, a property tax and flood services business and a credit card processing provider.

Bronson began his career in the Big 4, working at both Arthur Andersen LLP and Deloitte & Touche LLP in their respective audit & assurance areas. Bronson received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration & Accounting from the California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo.

Bronson also joined Highrise Networks in December 2021 as a member of the Westlake Village – Highrise Mastermind Group.

Sean joined Keystone Advanced Solutions as a Partner in early 2020

And has expanded the Firm’s presence throughout Southern California. His work life has allowed him to travel the world and jump in with a myriad of industry types, consulting on complex accounting and finance solutions. Sean is a corporate strategist and CFO, with expertise in M&A, startup and turnaround opportunities.

Before joining Keystone Advanced Solutions, Sean worked in internal audit, public accounting (audit), and as a controller/CFO for an oil and gas transportation and waste disposal company. Sean attended Utah State University and received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Accounting from Weber State University.

Sean likes to spend time with his wife and 3 daughters, hiking, biking, paddleboarding, and going to the beach. Generally, just likes to take the occasional vacation. Sean and his Family currently reside in Los Angeles, California.

Sean also joined Highrise Networks in December 2021 as a member of the Downtown LA III Group.

Elteza joined Keystone Advanced Solutions as Director of Financial Consulting in June 2021

She has 15 years of experience specializing in process improvement and all aspects of accounting including auditing, corporate accounting, financial reporting and financial analysis. Prior to joining Keystone, Elteza held roles as Corporate Auditor for Southern California Edison and as an Assistant Controller for both public and private companies.

Elteza is a Certified Public Accountant who received her Masters of Business Administration degree in Leadership and Management from University of La Verne and bachelor’s degree in Accounting from California State Polytechnic University in Pomona.

Elteza likes to spend her spare time hiking, cooking and gardening.

Shaun joined Keystone Advanced Solutions as VP of Finance in 2023

He has spent his entire career working in accounting and finance in both public accounting and private accounting and most recently as a Client Lead/Manager for a private equity fund administrator, Quercus Canyon Management, LLC in which he served as an outsourced CFO/Controller for a private equity fund with over $1 Billion under management. Prior to Quercus Canyon Management, he held Controller and Assistant Controller roles at a private equity fund, a production house, and a food distribution company. In addition, he worked for a public accounting firm performing Sarbanes Oxley compliance consulting for public companies.

Shaun began his career in the Big 4 working at Arthur Andersen LLP in the audit and assurance practice. Shaun received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from the Marriot School of Management at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah.

Shaun likes to spend time with his wife and 4 children going to the beach, surfing, playing volleyball, golfing and coaching youth sports.

Ashley joined Keystone Advanced Solutions as a Controller in November 2023

Ashley started her 10+ year career in Finance as a product controller at investment banking firms like Goldman Sachs and Citi. She later sifted her focus and has held Financial Analyst, Controller and Director of Finance positions for a variety of companies, across multiple industries, such as manufacturing, real estate investment, and reverse distribution.

Ashley received her Master of Business Administration from Purdue University and a bachelor’s degree in international business and finance from Northeastern University.

Ashley has lived all over the world, but currently lives in Florida with her husband and 4 kids where she enjoys playing volleyball and spending time with her family.

Geneveive joined Keystone Advanced Solutions as a Full-Charge Bookkeeper in October 2021

She has over 10 years of experience in various accounting and administrative roles following her graduation from Simpson University. She is proficient in AP, AR, monthly reconciliations, maintaining client & vendor relationships and monitoring cash flow.

Genevieve currently resides in Utah and enjoys spending time with her husband and 4 daughters traveling, ice skating and baking.

Sam joined Keystone Advanced Solutions as a Full-Charge Bookkeeper in November 2022

He has over 7 years in hospital finance as well as 4 years working as the finance director for an academy.

Sam received his Masters in Healthcare Administration from National University as well as a Masters in Business Administration from La Sierra University.

Sam loves to stay active, he’s an avid sports fan and has two boys (and a baby girl on the way) that keep him busy and happy. He loves spending time with his wife and kids and making great memories.

Teresa joined Keystone Advanced Solutions as a Full-Charge Bookkeeper in June 2023

Teresa has over 25 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping. She has stood as an expert with dedication in financial management. She has spearheaded numerous financial successes throughout her career, from orchestrating audits that uncovered hidden revenue streams to implementing innovative cost-cutting strategies. Her client portfolio spans a diverse range of industries, including Airline Travel, Construction, Escrow Companies, Movie Production Companies, and Surrogacy Insurance. All of which reflect her adaptability and in-depth understanding of sector-specific financial intricacies. She has a combined technical prowess with financial acumen to streamline processes and elevate efficiency.

Beyond the balance sheets, she likes to spend her time as an avid runner and has participated in half marathons. She also loves to travel with her husband and adult children while exploring new places.
