Controller
Keystone Advanced Solutions is looking to add a seasoned accounting & finance professional with both (a) management experience in public accounting (i.e. audit, assurance & advisory) and (b) CFO/Controller experience in private and/or publicly traded companies. This position will ensure proper management & execution of client-related work. Following are the required skills and competencies we are seeking in this individual:
Job Requirements:- 12+ Years of relevant work experience combined in BOTH public accounting and industry
- Strong technical and analytical skills along with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of senior management
- Ability to execute with limited to no supervision when necessary
- Excellent MS Excel skills
- Ability to roll up sleeves and solve problems
- Demonstrates strong experience in accounting systems (i.e. QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, Sage, Epicor)
- Over the top communicator
Full-Charge Bookkeeper
Keystone Advanced Solutions is looking for full-charge bookkeepers in LA and Orange County. 10+ years of transactional accounting and QuickBooks experience is required. The ideal candidate must have strong EXCEL and communication skills, able to work independently, andwork both remotely and on-site at client locations. This position will require working with multiple clients, so strong time management and organizational skill is a must. Following are the required skills and competencies we are seeking in this individual:
Job Requirements:- Strong experience with QuickBooks and QuickBooks online
- Great EXCEL skills
- Great Communicator& well organized
- Has worked in a client service capacity
- Able to manage multiple clients
- Lives in Southern California
- Willing to work remotely or on-client sight
